On November 24, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the Representative Office of Korea Real Estate Corporation (LH) in Vietnam led by Mr. Lim Hyun-Seong, Head of the Representative Office of LH in Vietnam to learn about and promote investment in the province.
LH Group is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of South Korea, established in 2010, with a legal capital of 40 trillion won (29 billion USD).
This is a leading urban and industrial park construction enterprise in Korea, providing about 120,000 apartments per year.
In Bac Ninh, LH Group is conducting surveys and developing documents to propose the province to approve the investment policy of the Southeast urban area project with a total estimated investment capital of VND 19,780 billion, a total area of about 240 hectares in Vu Ninh, Phuong Lieu, Nhan Hoa wards.
Mr. Lim Hyun-Seong congratulated Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son on his new move to Bac Ninh for work. At the same time, he hoped that in his new position, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee would continue to pay attention to supporting and creating conditions to promote the construction progress of the Southeast urban area project in Bac Ninh as well as investment research and promotion activities in the province.
