Urban areas, projects are covered with reed and abandoned houses

Quang Ninh - While new urban and real estate projects continue to appear, many old projects are still covered with weeds and abandoned houses in the old Ha Long City.

From Tuan Chau, to Bai Chay, Viet Hung and then to Hon Gai, Cao Xanh, Ha Khanh, Thong Nhat..., Quang Ninh province, currently almost everywhere has real estate projects, new urban areas, even large urban areas, being implemented.

In the near future, a giant housing fund is about to be put on the market. Meanwhile, a series of projects have been there for a long time, even decades ago, until now, or are unfinished, or abandoned - overgrown with reed and weeds; many houses have been completed but have no residents.

This situation can be found in most communes and wards in the old Ha Long City.

The largest is probably the area around Cua Luc Bay, concentrated in Cao Xanh Ward and Thong Nhat Commune.

Typically, the Cao Xanh - Ha Khanh Urban Area Project (A, B, C), covering hundreds of hectares, although implemented for decades, has now fallen into a state of abandonment with overgrown weeds, causing environmental degradation and urban aesthetics. Many component projects have not yet been able to hand over red books to people due to procedures.

Next is Tropical City FLC Ha Long Urban Area, about 88 hectares wide, with thousands of shophouses, townhouses and nearly 826 apartments, which are currently in a similar situation. Many houses have been completed but have no residents, or are unfinished.

On the other side of Binh Minh Bridge, in Thong Nhat Commune, real estate projects licensed for land plots decades ago are still just vast, overgrown with weeds.

The Emerald Bay - Dien Loan project, Thong Nhat commune, with an area of 23.084 hectares, with 435 adjacent plots of land and villas, was completed after many years of sluggish implementation, but to date, the land is still mainly bought and resold.

The North of Cau Bang New Urban Area Project (Bac Cau Bang Project) is full of news, expanding by 134 hectares, after nearly 2 decades it is still just a wasteland, overgrown with weeds and has not yet handed over the red book to the people.
