On July 30, Supervisory Delegation No. 2 of the Standing Committee of Phu Nghia Commune People's Council organized a supervision of the implementation of the Campaign "45 days to complete the national land database" in Dong Yen, Doi 2, Phuong Hai, Lung Vi, Chi Ne, Trung Cao 2 and Trung Cao 1 villages.
At the working session, the supervisory delegation listened to village leaders report on the progress of the campaign, the results of reviewing and collecting information, and difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.
According to reports, some cases are still facing difficulties such as land ownership not being identified, land users going to work far away, land use right certificates being mortgaged at banks and some dossiers and information needing further review and supplementation.
Mr. Nguyen Hop Tien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Nghia commune emphasized that the campaign implementation time is not long, villages need to continue to promote propaganda work in many forms; and at the same time implement the motto "going to each alley, knocking on each house, checking each land plot" to propagate and guide people to coordinate implementation.
He requested the villages to focus on completing the data collection for non-agricultural land on July 31st; and at the same time urgently accelerate the progress of collecting agricultural land data, striving to complete it on time.
Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee is also deploying a peak period to implement the "45-day Campaign" to complete the land database in the ward.
The campaign is implemented from July 20, 2026 to the end of August 17, 2026 to review, standardize, clean up and complete the land database according to the requirements of "right - sufficient - clean - living - unified - shared", ensuring that information about land plots, land users and assets attached to land is fully and accurately updated, serving the effectiveness of state management and the needs of the people.
According to the plan, the working groups will coordinate with the head of the residential group to review and determine the location of the land plot on the "digital land plot" software system; scan and photograph the Certificate of Land Use Rights, related documents and citizen identification cards to update and standardize data.
The implementation is deployed at residential group cultural houses or suitable locations notified by the working group; if necessary, direct inspection and comparison will be carried out on the ground.
The Ward People's Committee requests organizations, households and individuals using land in the area to proactively prepare all relevant documents according to the guidance of the working group, and actively coordinate in the process of reviewing, collecting and updating information.
To ensure the rights of the people, Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee notes: the review, collection and updating of land data during this peak period is completely free of charge.
The working group did not seize original papers, did not request to provide passwords, OTP codes, bank account information or transfer money in any form.
People need to raise their vigilance and promptly report to the Ward People's Committee or ward police if they detect acts of impersonating task forces for profit.
