The Hanoi People's Committee has approved the task in Decision No. 6742 dated December 30, 2024.

Based on the approved planning tasks, the District People's Committee will direct the relevant units and consulting units to organize surveys of the regional status. Mr. Tran Dinh Cuong emphasized that in the process of studying the detailed planning project later, the People's Committee of the district hopes to continue to receive the attention and participation of organizations, units, households and the community.
This is to contribute to accelerating the progress of renovation and reconstruction of old apartment buildings, better meeting the needs and aspirations of people's living and living conditions; at the same time, renovating and developing a synchronous and modern urban area in Cau Giay district in particular and Hanoi capital in general.
"The planning, renovation and rebuilding of Nghia Tan dormitory will always put the rights of the people first. Right after the conference, the District People's Committee will assign the ward to set up a assistant group, with the participation of residents. The goal is to ensure the voice and interests of the people to be maximized during the renovation and rebuilding process," Mr. Tran Dinh Cuong affirmed.
