On July 21, Thuan An Ward People's Committee said that the locality is coordinating with units to carry out site clearance for infrastructure projects including: building new An Thanh 63-64 road, Hung Dinh 15 road, Hung Dinh 20 road.
In which, the new construction project of An Thanh 63-64 road has 130 affected cases, currently only 26 cases have handed over land.
Hung Dinh 15 road and Hung Dinh 20 road projects have handed over almost sufficient land. Currently, there are only a few cases that have not yet handed over land because they are waiting for the draw and arrangement of resettlement land according to regulations.
Currently, Thuan An Ward People's Committee has reviewed and closely coordinated with units to strengthen propaganda and mobilize the remaining households to hand over the land soon.
Thuan An Ward People's Committee said that the locality has received 180 resettlement land plots from the Lai Thieu Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board to arrange for households eligible for projects in the area.
Currently, specialized agencies are urgently completing procedures, organizing a lottery to hand over resettlement land, creating conditions for people to soon settle down and hand over land.
In addition, Thuan An ward is accelerating the construction progress of An Thanh Resettlement Area to ensure land fund to serve resettlement work and meet the requirements of implementing investment projects in the area.
