The People's Committee of Hau Giang province has just issued a Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the Mai Dam New Urban Area project, Mai Dam town, Chau Thanh district.
The total preliminary investment of the project is about 4,356 billion VND. Project implementation cost is 3,180 billion VND; compensation, support and resettlement costs are 780 billion VND; contingency costs are 396 billion VND. Investor's contributed capital is 756 billion VND and mobilized capital is 3,600 billion VND.
The project has a land use area of about 96.79 hectares with a population of about 18,500 people. The land area under the expansion of the South Hau River road (National Highway 91C) is 3.53 hectares, the land area of Mai Dam New Urban Area is 93.26 hectares.
Decision to approve Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the Mai Dam New Urban Area project, Mai Dam town, Chau Thanh district.
Investors shall make deposits/bank guarantees for ensuring the execution of investment projects as prescribed in Article 43 of the Law on Investment dated June 17,2020 and Article 25 of the Government's Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26,2021; contact relevant departments and People's Committee of Chau Thanh district for instructions on procedures for land, construction, environmental protection, and project investment.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land or lease land.
