Limited location of the 1/2000 scale Zoning Plan of the new urban area of Vo Van Kiet Street, Binh Thuy District, including part of subdivision 2, part of subdivision 3 and part of subdivision 4 of the 1/5000 scale Zoning Plan of Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City to 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the People's Committee of Can Tho City in Decision No. 124/QD-UBND dated January 19, 2021.
Accordingly, the north borders Ba Bo canal and Vo Van Kiet street, roads 55, 57, 58 (planned to open in the 1/5000 zoning plan of Binh Thuy district). The south borders Nguyen Van Linh street (national highway 91B). The east borders Ba Bo canal. The west borders Huynh Phan Ho street and provincial road 918 project (phase 2).
The planned land area is about 980.13 hectares, the implementation period is from 2024 to 2026. Binh Thuy District People's Committee organizes the construction planning. Can Tho City People's Committee approves the construction planning. The Department of Construction appraises the cost estimate.
The capital source for construction planning is public investment capital. The estimated cost of construction planning includes value added tax of more than 1.55 billion VND.
