On November 20, Binh Duong Provincial Police announced that they had just held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer and appoint the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Duong province and leaders of departments, branches, sectors and the Party Committee, Board of Directors and officers and soldiers of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Ta Van Dep - Party Secretary, Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police - presented the decision to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Bui Thanh Truc - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Binh Duong Provincial Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
Colonel Ta Van Dep presented the decision to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van - Head of the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security - to take up the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
