At the conference, the provincial leaders handed over the retirement decision from December 1, 2024 to Mr. Huynh Van Nghe - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ben Cat city.
Handing over the Decision to transfer Mr. Huynh Van Dan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dau Tieng District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and stop holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Dau Tieng District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Appointing Mr. Huynh Van Dan to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee.
Decision to transfer Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khanh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Party Committee, to work at Dau Tieng District Party Committee. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khanh to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Dau Tieng District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Transfer Ms. Tran Thi Hong Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, to work at the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee. Appoint Ms. Tran Thi Hong Hanh to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Transfer Mr. Doan Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Giao district to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and stop holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Phu Giao District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Transfer and appoint Mr. Doan Van Dong to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. To Van Dat - Member of the Board of Members, Deputy General Director of Binh Duong Investment and Project Management Company (IMPCo) to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Phu Giao District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Transfer Mr. Vo Thanh Giau - Chairman of Bau Bang District People's Committee to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Binh Duong province and appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, from December 1, 2024.
Transfer Mr. Tran Si Nam - Vice Chairman of Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee to work at the Department of Construction of Binh Duong province and appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, from December 1, 2024.
The conference also announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Thanh Truc - Head of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department to the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police from November 20, 2024; transfer and appoint Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van - Head of the Logistics Department, Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security, to take up work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police from November 20, 2024.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, the arrangement and assignment of cadres is to serve the new development stage of the province and the country.
Mr. Nguyen Van Loi hopes that the officials who are transferred and appointed to work in new positions will see this as an opportunity to continue to practice and improve their knowledge, leadership skills, direction, and organizational management, all for the common goal of the province's development.
