Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 15 plots of land marked from LK01-01 to LK01-15 in Cua Noi area, Tam Hiep commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
The total area of the auctioned land is 1,471.44m2. The plots of land have areas ranging from 96m2 to 115.01m2. The starting price is 6,452,000 VND/m2, equivalent to the total value of each plot from 619 million VND to more than 742 million VND.
Regarding price steps, the first round price step is 63,548,000 VND/m2; the price step is determined to be a fixed difference, up to a maximum of 2 price steps. For round 2 and round 3, the minimum price step is 200,000 VND/m2; the price step is determined as the minimum difference, unlimited by the number of price steps for round 2 and round 3.
The registration period for auction participation starts from 8:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on October 20, 2025 (Monday) at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune, Hanoi city. Attending customers must be present at the auction location no later than 30 minutes before the opening time to complete the procedures to enter the auction room.
The auction is conducted by auctioning each plot of land, by direct voting at the auction, with a maximum of 3 rounds. The bidding method is the method of bidding up, in which the starting price in the first round (round 1) is approved by the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune. From the second round onwards, the starting price will be equal to the highest valid bid of the previous round.
