Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has announced a change in the time of organizing the auction of land use rights for land plots in Bach Da village, Kim Hoa commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi (phase 6).
According to the announcement, the auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. on September 18, at the expected location at the Me Linh District Cultural, Information and Sports Center Hall. Previously, the auction was announced to be held on September 12.
This auction has a total of 32 plots of land up for auction, with an area of about 73.5-187.5 m2/plot, starting price ranging from 21.7-32.8 million VND/m2. The lowest deposit for a plot of land is over 405 million VND, the highest is over 1.2 billion VND.
For customers who have paid the deposit to participate in the auction, the application will be reserved until the date of condition review. For customers who have not paid the deposit to participate in the auction, the submission time is calculated until the afternoon of September 16.
Recently, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company announced the temporary suspension of the auction of the right to use 57 land plots in Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi (phase 1).
The reason is that Thanh Oai District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2421 on temporarily suspending the auction of land use rights for 114 land plots in Cao Duong commune.
Specifically, the land plots range in area from 74.63m2 to 134.69m2, with a starting price of VND8.8 million/m2, equivalent to VND660 million to nearly VND1.2 billion/plot. Therefore, customers participating in the land auction must pay a deposit of 20%, equivalent to VND131.3 to VND237 million.
