Trung Quan Private Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 11 residential land plots belonging to the service land area of Tich Son ward (old), now Vinh Yen ward.
According to the notice, the auctioned assets belong to Vinh Yen Ward People's Committee. The unit assigned to organize the implementation is the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Vinh Yen Ward. The auction session is conducted in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
The land plots put up for auction include D11, D12, D13, D14, D15, D16, D17, D18 and E21, E22, E23. Each plot has an area of 105m2, the starting price is 8.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 924 million VND/plot.
The total area of 11 land plots is 1,155m2, the total starting price is more than 10.16 billion VND. The deposit for each land plot is 462 million VND.
According to regulations, auction participants must purchase dossiers with a fee of 100,000 VND/dossier. Each dossier is only allowed to register to participate in the auction of one land plot; in case of registering multiple land plots, the corresponding number of dossiers must be purchased.
The price step is specified as 1,000 VND/m2. The paid price is calculated in square meters and is not allowed to be paid in small denominations below 1,000 VND.
The winning bid price does not include registration fee, land use right certificate fee and other related expenses. The winning bidder is responsible for fully fulfilling financial obligations as prescribed.
According to the plan, auction participation dossiers will be sold and received continuously during office hours from 7:30 am on June 12 to 5:00 pm on June 26, 2026 at Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise.
Auction participants deposit a deposit into the account of Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise in the same period from June 12 to the end of June 26, 2026.
Bid tickets are sent by post to Trung Quan Private Auction Enterprise from 7:30 AM on June 12 to 5:00 PM on June 26, 2026. Tickets sent after the ticket box is sealed will not be valid.
The bidding results will be announced from 8:00 AM on July 1, 2026 at the hall of the Military Command of Vinh Yen Ward (headquarters of the old Thanh Tru Commune People's Committee).
