Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 42 plots of land for people to build houses in the concentrated residential area of Hai Anh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area of land put up for auction is 4,337.8m2, including 42 land lots with areas ranging from 92m2 to 130.8m2. The starting price is from 6 - 8.25 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 600 - 863 million VND per plot of land.
The total starting price of all assets is VND 28,767,870,000. The price step applied to all land lots is 100,000 VND/m2, used as the basis for determining the valid bid price of the auction participant.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on October 17, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2025. Specifically, from October 17 to October 29, the documents will be sold and received at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company (village 38, Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province); from October 20 to October 29, people can submit documents at the headquarters of Hai Anh Commune People's Committee. The documents submitted after 5:00 p.m. on October 29 will not be valid, and the company is not responsible for cases of late submission.
The registration documents include a registration form to participate in the auction according to the company's form, a notarized copy or a photocopy with the original identification documents for comparison, a deposit deposit document, a document purchase receipt and an authorization contract confirmed by the competent authority (if any).
The auction is a direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up. Participants bid by square meter and receive land by lot; the winning price of the auction is calculated by the winning price of 1m2 multiplied by the corresponding land lot area.
The auction is expected to start at 7:00 a.m. on November 2, 2025 at Hung Thang Cultural House, Hai Anh Commune, Ninh Binh Province.
