The victim is B.N. H. A (11th grade student of P.H High School, Phuoc Hoa commune, Ho Chi Minh City - belonging to Phu Giao district, former Binh Duong province) who is being treated at Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial investigation determined that she was ganged up on by a group of about 5 students at the parking lot outside the school. The cause stemmed from a conflict when playing football before. While playing football, the two sides collided, fell and argued. H.A was threatened by some friends but could not be beaten. Recently, the children continued to have conflicts. On March 18, when H.A finished school and went to the parking lot near the school, she was ganged up on by a group of 5 10th grade students.
Talking to reporters, the leader of Phuoc Hoa Commune People's Committee said that the initial cause was determined to be that the students had a conflict before. The commune police have intervened to verify, worked with the parties and are waiting for the results of the injury assessment to have a basis for handling the case.

Leaders of Phuoc Hoa Commune People's Committee said that they have directed all schools in the area to strengthen grasping the situation of students, educating their morality, and preventing school violence from happening.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that on March 19, images of a male student from P.H High School being ganged up on by a group of friends in the parking garage appeared. The victim was B.N. H. A who was attacked by a group of students and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment immediately afterwards. H.A was diagnosed with a broken nose bone and had surgery to clear the airway. Doctors are also monitoring H.A's skull injury.
