The communication point is adjacent to traffic routes such as National Highway 1A, DT 743A Road and Nguyen Xien Street. The intersection is located at the gateway to Ho Chi Minh City of Dong Nai province and is the starting point of DT 743A road to Binh Duong province.
According to the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the total land area recovered to build the Tan Van intersection is 17.76 hectares. There are 532 affected cases that must have their land revoked.
Currently, the inventory and notification of land recovery work has reached 100% and nearly 100% of the area has been handed over.
In May 2025, the relocation of technical infrastructure will be completed to give up the entire site for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.
