Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 62 land plots in Dong Truoc Duoi area, Dong Dinh village, Dai Cuong commune, former Ung Hoa district (now Ung Hoa commune), Hanoi city.
The total area of the auctioned land is 7,896m2, of which the area of each plot ranges from 120 - 180m2. The starting price for the land plots is 8,026,000 VND/m2.
The purpose of land use is residential land in rural areas; the form of land allocation is land allocation with land use fees; long-term land use term.
The auction method is the upward bidding method. The auction method is by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 auction rounds; the results are opened and publicly announced.
The maximum time for writing and voting for bids for each round is 10 minutes. The auctioneer operating the auction session will publicly and guide the contents recorded in the auction ticket.
In round 1, the price step is 17,000 VND/m2. From round 2 onwards, the price step applied to all land plots is 200,000 VND/m2.
The time for selling auction invitation documents and receiving auction participation documents is from 8:00 AM on June 25, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 8, 2026. The locations for selling and receiving documents include the Ung Hoa Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 AM on July 11, 2026 (Saturday). Location at the auditorium of Ung Hoa Commune People's Committee, Trach Bai village, Ung Hoa commune, Hanoi city. Auction participants are present at least 30 minutes before the auction time to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
