The project of Building Phu Ha market infrastructure and auctioning land use rights (LURC) belongs to the territory of 2 communes Phu Ho, Ha Thach of the old Phu Tho town, now Phong Chau ward, Phu Tho province.
This project was previously approved by Phu Tho Town People's Committee from March 18, 2024 according to Decision No. 567/QD-UBND, the total investment of the project is more than 45 billion VND.
By April 22, 2024, the bidding package: Equipment installation, construction of the project has completed the contractor selection and construction to date.
According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper in the last days of June, after more than 2 years of construction, the technical infrastructure of the land use right auction area here has basically been completed.
It is worth mentioning that this auction infrastructure area has a prime location, adjacent to Hung Vuong main road (also known as 35m road) and Phu Ha industrial park.
This spacious land is only about 900m from National Highway 2, about more than 3km from the IC9 intersection of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, about 4.5km from Ngoc Thap bridge...
According to Mr. Han Duc Manh - a real estate businessman in Phu Tho (CMT Real Estate Company), land prices on Hung Vuong street have increased rapidly in the past 2-3 years, currently fluctuating from 6 - 8 billion VND/plot of 5m of road surface.
The land plots in the Phu Ha market infrastructure project are about to be auctioned. As far as I know, the starting price is from 2 to nearly 5 billion VND/plot. This is a good price, hopefully many people will participate in the auction, bringing in budget revenue for the locality" - Mr. Manh shared.
According to the reporter's investigation, previously, on April 21, Phong Chau Ward People's Committee approved the land use rights auction and approved the starting price for 63 land plots belonging to the above project.
By June 12, the Property Auction Service Center (under the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Justice) had issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 19 land plots under the project.
According to the announcement, the auctioned land plots have an area of 112 to 120m2, with starting prices from 20.1 million VND/m2 to nearly 43.7 million VND/m2 (cash according to the starting price from more than 2.4 billion VND/plot to nearly 4.9 billion VND/plot).
By 5 pm today, June 25, the Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center will end the receipt of auction dossiers for 19 land plots.
Regarding the auction organization time, it will start from 8 am on June 30th at the Hall of Phong Chau Ward People's Committee (facility 1) - Zone 4, Phong Chau Ward, Phu Tho province.
The auction form is indirect voting (one round of voting via post), each valid dossier is only allowed to register to participate in the auction of 1 land plot.
