Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 72 plots of land (phase 1) in the residential area of Nhat Quang commune, Phu Cu district (old), now in Tien Tien commune, Hung Yen province.
According to the announcement, land allocated by the State with land use fees collected through auction, long-term use term.
The total area of the land is 6,958m2, each plot has an area of 94.75 to 96.75m2. The starting price ranges from 6 - 10.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 580 million VND to more than 1 billion VND/land plot. The deposit is from 100 to 200 million VND/land plot.
The total starting price of all assets is 53.91 billion VND (excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations as prescribed).
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025 at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company.
The application fee ranges from 100,000 to 200,000 VND/application. Participants must pay a deposit of 5% to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land. The time to pay the deposit is from 8:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025 at Tien Tien Commune People's Committee.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 19, 2025 (Sunday), starting at 7:30 a.m. at the old Dinh Cao Cultural House, now in Tien Tien Commune, Hung Yen Province. The auction is a direct secret ballot for each plot of land; the method of bidding up.
