Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the auction of assets of the Me Linh District Land Fund Development Center.
According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are land use rights for 11 plots of land in Chu Tran village, Tien Thinh commune (phase 5). The plots of land have an area of 90m2/plot with a starting price of 23.2 million VND/m2.
The auction method is ascending bid, with a step price of VND 200,000/m2. The auction is expected to be held on September 28, 2024.
Similarly, this unit also announced the auction of assets of the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center. The auctioned assets are the right to use 54 plots of land in My Thanh Commune. The plots of land have an area of 71-174 m2/plot, with a starting price of nearly 3.6 million VND/m2.
The auction form and method is a direct one-round voting auction at the auction according to the ascending price method. The auction will be held on September 26, 2024 at the Hall of the People's Committee of My Thanh Commune (My Duc District).
Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of assets of the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center. According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are the land use rights for 56 plots of land in Xuy Xa commune. The plots of land have an area of 81-211m2/plot with a starting price of nearly 3.6 million VND/m2.
Auction form and method: Auction by direct voting with ascending price method. The auction was held on September 27, 2024 at the hall of the People's Committee of Xuy Xa commune (My Duc district).
In Phu Xuyen district (Hanoi), Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the auction of assets of the Land Development Center of this district.
The auctioned assets are residential land use rights including 42 plots of land in Dong Doc Duoi area (Gie Ha village, Phu Yen commune) and Ao sau lang area (Noi village, Chau Can commune). The plots of land have an area of 63-105m2/plot with starting prices of 7.4-25.8 million VND/m2.
The auction is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2024 at the central cultural house hall of Phu Xuyen district (Hanoi).
