Hanoi City People's Council has just approved the supplementation of the list of works and projects for land recovery to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests in the city.
Accordingly, supplementing the list of 873 land acquisition projects to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests with a total land area of 11,563.83ha.
In Cau Giay ward, it is expected to recover 1.59ha of land to implement 5 projects.
Including 4 traffic projects, including: Project to build a road connecting Cau Giay street to Dich Vong new urban area; renovating and expanding alley 381 Nguyen Khang (from Thanh Thai street to Nguyen Khang street); Xuan Thuy street next to HITC to Ma Khay culvert; building a 17.5m road (expanding Tran Quoc Vuong street) and a road connecting Tran Quoc Vuong to alley 86 Duy Tan.
The remaining project is to build a public high school.
