On August 3, according to the Da Nang City Department of Construction, the unit has sent an official letter to project investors and people to strengthen management, ensure that the appraisal and signing of social housing (NOXH) purchase and sale contracts takes place fairly and transparently, avoiding negativity and profiteering.
For people who need to rent or buy social housing, the Department of Construction notes that they should only find information through official channels such as the Department of Construction's Electronic Information Page, the City Electronic Information Portal, the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the project is located or the official press. People should only work and submit dossiers directly to the investor's guidance staff, absolutely not through brokers and do not believe in invitations for "diplomatic positions", "internal positions".
In particular, the Department of Construction warns people to declare truthful information and be responsible before the law. In case of detecting incorrect declarations, functional agencies will immediately cancel the appraisal results, cancel signed contracts, recover handed over houses, and at the same time impose administrative fines and disclose violation information.
For investors, the Department of Construction requires strict implementation of the buying and selling procedures. Strictly prohibit collecting deposits or non-regulated benefits from individuals and exchanges. Investors must calculate correctly and fully the costs to determine the selling price and rental purchase price. At the same time, coordinate with functional forces to strictly handle brokers who borrow the name of "consultant", "support" to profit.
After signing the contract, the investor must publicly announce the list of buyers and update it on the Department of Construction's Electronic Information Page to serve post-inspection. In addition, the investor is responsible for regularly checking the use of houses at the project, if violations are detected, they must be immediately transferred to the People's Committees of wards and communes for consideration and handling according to regulations.
