According to Lao Dong Newspaper, in mid-March, the apartment market in Hoa Binh City is entering a period of strong development, with high demand for renting houses and continuous investment flows. The change in housing trends, along with the rapid urbanization, has made the apartment segment a bright spot on the city's real estate map.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien, a long-time real estate broker in Hoa Binh, said that Sao Vang and Da Hop apartments are leading the fever.
"Both areas are almost completely packed with people, the number of apartments for rent is quite abundant but still quickly find customers. Many investors buy, complete and then rent out. This is not only a plan to increase stable cash flow, but also helps preserve real estate value in the long term, Mr. Tien shared.

According to Mr. Tien, Sao Vang apartments are attracting investors thanks to their reasonable selling prices and good rental potential. A 1-bedroom apartment (48m2) costs about 600 million VND, while a 2-bedroom apartment (63-64m2) fluctuates around 950 million VND. A 3-bedroom apartment (69m2) costs about 1.4 billion VND.
Rental prices are also attractive, only 3.5 million VND/month for a 48m2, 4.5 million VND/month for a 63-64m2 apartment and from 5.5 million VND/month for a 69m2 apartment. Of the three buildings, Building A is considered the highest thanks to its beautiful location and synchronous utilities.
Meanwhile, the 12-storey Da Hop apartment with a prime location near markets, schools, shopping malls and sports facilities attracts many people to rent and buy houses.
"In addition to convenient location, Da Hop apartments also have relatively affordable prices, suitable for many home buyers. Regarding the selling price, a 1-bedroom apartment (48m2) starts from 500 million VND, a 2-bedroom apartment (56-66m2) starts from 720 million VND, and a 3-bedroom apartment (74m2) starts from about 1.2 billion VND with basic furniture, Mr. Tien added.
Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong - owner of 3 apartments for rent on the 6th floor of Da Hop apartment building, said that recently, the demand for apartments in Hoa Binh city has increased significantly, coming from many different customer groups. Not only young families, but also office workers and workers from other provinces who come to work in the locality prioritize choosing apartments because of their convenience and suitability with modern living trends.

Areas with convenient locations, near the center, industrial parks or educational and medical facilities are all given priority. Completed apartments are especially popular because tenants can move in immediately without additional investment.
"The rental price at Da Hop apartment is quite affordable, the 1-bedroom apartment (48m2) is about 2.5 million VND/month, the 2-bedroom apartment (56m2) is about 3.5 million VND/month," said Ms. Huong.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh - a customer who is looking to rent a house in the center of Hoa Binh City shared: "The real estate price in Hoa Binh City is still quite reasonable compared to large cities. In particular, the trend of serviced apartments, providing amenities such as cleaning, security, and laundry is gradually appearing and being positively welcomed in Hoa Binh City".
According to Ms. Van Anh, by equipping with adequate furniture, optimizing living space and upgrading accompanying amenities, owners can rent at better prices and attract long-term tenants.
