Son La will amend and supplement the land price list for 2026

Tân Văn |

Son La - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the outline of amending and supplementing the 2026 land price list.

On August 1st, according to PV's investigation, Son La Provincial People's Committee has just approved the Outline - Budget of the project to amend and supplement some contents of the 2026 Land Price List to promptly remove obstacles in land management, compensation, resettlement and investment attraction.

The project has a total budget of nearly 496 million VND, invested by the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and will be implemented in 2026.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the current land price list reveals many inadequacies when about 42/75 communes and wards need to be adjusted and supplemented due to changes in road names, administrative boundaries or the emergence of roads that have not been regulated.

Many areas have completed infrastructure but do not have specific land prices, affecting land use right auctions, resettlement land allocation and investment attraction.

The slow addition of land prices in resettlement areas also gives rise to complaints, affecting site clearance and the progress of some public investment projects.

According to the plan, the project will survey, collect market information, review, update the road system and develop a draft revised and supplemented land price list. The implementation scope is in 42 communes and wards with about 578-603 survey forms.

After completion, the draft will be appraised and consulted with relevant agencies before being submitted to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval according to regulations.

The adjustment of the land price list is expected to create a synchronous legal basis in determining financial obligations for land, and at the same time contribute to accelerating the progress of socio-economic development projects in the area.
