According to the representative of the group of customers contributing capital to the TM1 project of the Tan Lap Islet Residential Area project (Nha Trang), the Khanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate has sent a document to Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company requesting to send a handling plan and organize a dialogue with people at the Tan Lap Islet Residential Area project.
This is the second document that this inspection agency has sent to the enterprise after the first time without any response.
In March 2025, Khanh Hoa province assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to review and advise the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province to participate in a dialogue conference between the investor of the Tan Lap Islet Residential Area project and the people before March 31, 2025.
Khanh Hoa province also requested Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company and HP Hospitality Nha Trang Company Limited to urgently implement the direction by the end of 2024 on dialogue with customers.
Although the state management agency of Khanh Hoa province continuously issued documents urging, up to April 2024, the investor of Con Tan Lap Residential Area has not conducted a dialogue with customers.
From this reality, the collective of 233 customers at the TM1 project has continued to petition the authorities of Khanh Hoa province to sanction the joint venture of Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company and HP Hospitality Nha Trang Company Limited in dialogue with customers.
The reason why customers have repeatedly requested a dialogue is because they want to clarify the members contributing capital to the TM1 land plot of the Tan Lap Islet Residential Area project. Moreover, in the process of changing owners many times, their rights have not been guaranteed.
According to customers, at the time they contributed capital to the TM1 project (in 2017), the registration certificate of HP Hospitality Nha Trang Company Limited (HP Hospitality Nha Trang) showed the charter capital of 226 billion VND. Of which, Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company has a contributed capital value of VND 135.6 billion (%)). Song Da - Thang Long Joint Stock Company has a capital contribution of 90.4 billion VND (40%).
By 2022, the capital contribution of Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company will be only 14% and the remaining 75% of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Hai Phat Group, headquartered in Hanoi).
In 2023, Hai Phat Group approved the policy of transferring contributed capital that the company owns at HP Hospitality Nha Trang. After the transfer, Hai Phat Group still owns 10 billion VND, accounting for 4.5% of HP Hospitality Nha Trang's charter capital.
Customers requested clarification on the fact that Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company had previously collected hundreds of billions of VND from customers but then transferred all the capital without any obligations to customers. Customers also questioned where the 46% capital contribution of Song Da - Nha Trang Joint Stock Company has gone?
