Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan (name of the character requested for change) living in the Phu Gia Compound housing project, Da Nang, told the story that his family has lived in the house for 8 years but still does not have a red book.
According to Mr. Xuan, 8 years ago, he and many residents here spent billions of dong to buy a house. In early 2019, after the investor handed over the rough part, he spent an additional 500 million VND to make furniture and move in, but until now he is still waiting for the red book.

Talking to Lao Dong reporter, a representative of a residential area in Phu Gia Compound said that although living in billion-dollar houses, many households have not yet had land use right certificates, leading to not having many other documents.
People also hope that the government and relevant parties will soon resolve the issue, remove obstacles and issue red books to the people.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City recently said that in the period of 2025-2030, Da Nang City will continue to review and remove a number of key and dynamic projects to continue unlocking resources, promoting investment, and developing the socio-economy such as:
Thuan Phuoc New Urban Area Project (96ha); Da Phuoc International Urban Area Project 181ha); Nam Hoi An Resort Project; Lien Chieu Industrial Park Project; Binh Duong Resort Service Complex Project; Xuan Thieu Residential Area Project; Golden Square Project; Diamond Square Project at 84 Hung Vuong;...
Among them, there is the Phu Gia Compound project (related to the Phan Van Anh Vu case, meaning Vu "alloy") where about 127 households have lived for many years, but in a situation like underground, the problem here is that the time to determine land prices has not yet been finalized.

For these projects, Da Nang City has proactively reviewed and proposed handling options to submit to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for consideration and reporting to the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee.
Up to now, the plan has completed the consultation of Government members. The People's Committee of Da Nang City has completed and signed the draft, reporting to the Government office to submit a resolution to remove it.
