On May 26, Binh Duong Ward People's Committee said it is organizing the resettlement arrangement for households in the Bung Biep - Suoi Cat Drainage Project.
This rainwater and wastewater drainage project is located in Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An ward and Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City. When the project was implemented, there were 22 households in Phu Loi ward affected and subject to resettlement arrangement.
Affected households will be arranged for resettlement in resettlement land areas in Binh Duong ward.

According to Binh Duong Ward People's Committee, the ward has allocated 5 land plots in Phu My resettlement area for 5 households and 2 land plots in Phu Hoa resettlement area for 2 households.
Phu My Resettlement Appraisal Council has just organized for 10 households to draw lots for 10 land plots in Phu My resettlement area.
Currently, there are still 5 households that have not been arranged for resettlement. Binh Duong Ward People's Committee is continuing to consider and resolve in the near future according to regulations.
It is known that the Bung Biep - Suoi Cat Drainage Axis project has been implemented since the end of 2024. The project has a total investment of 1,044 billion VND. The project implementation aims to drain rainwater and treated wastewater for an area of about 2,500 hectares.
