Transferring land and housing facilities in Ben Thoc Do Son to Hai Phong City for management

Hai Phong - The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has just issued a Decision on transferring land and housing facilities in Zone I of Ben Thoc, Do Son ward.

According to Decision No. 121/QD-MTTW-BTT of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), houses, land and other assets in Zone I, Ben Thoc, Do Son ward, Hai Phong, formerly managed and used by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, are transferred to the People's Committee of Hai Phong city for management and handling. The transfer is carried out due to changes in the organizational structure.

The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front assigned the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to preside over and coordinate with relevant units of the City People's Committee to organize handover and receipt; implement accounting for asset increase and decrease and manage and use of public assets in accordance with the law.

The transfer of facilities in Zone I, Ben Thoc to Hai Phong city for management and handling will contribute to creating conditions for the city to research and develop plans to effectively exploit and use land resources and public assets, in accordance with planning and development orientations in the coming time.
