According to Decision No. 1693-QD/TU dated May 1, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided that comrade Doan Van Duc (born in 1965), Deputy Chief of the City Party Committee Office, will retire to enjoy social insurance benefits from August 1, 2026.
According to Decision No. 2116-QD/TU dated July 17, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided to receive comrade Pham Minh Hoang (born in 1973), Deputy Director of the State Enterprise Development Department (Ministry of Finance) to work at the Hanoi City Party Committee, appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Hanoi City Party Committee Office, term of appointment 5 years.
According to Decision No. 2158-QD/TU dated July 23, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Tran Duc Trung Tien, Chief of Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi City Party Committee, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Also on July 24, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong chaired a conference to announce decisions on personnel work in Dong Da ward.
According to Decision No. 2159-QD/TU dated July 23, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee decided that comrade Le Tuan Dinh will no longer participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and no longer hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of O Cho Dua ward, term 2025 - 2030 to be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Da ward, term 2025 - 2030.
