On September 20, Ruby Khanh Hoa Joint Stock Company organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the CT-04 Social Housing Area Project, trade name Ruby Dream, at land plot CT-04, An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nam Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province.
The project is implemented on a land plot of about 14,468m2, of which the construction area is about 6,499m2, the total floor area is about 93,500m2.

The project includes 15 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, with a construction density of about 45%. According to the overall plan, the project includes 3 blocks CT-04A, CT-04B and CT-04C, arranged around the square area, reception yard and internal landscape.
The project provides 833 apartments with an area of about 57-77m2, including 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. There are 14 elevators arranged, including 3 elevators for fire prevention and fighting.
In addition to the apartment area, the project also has an underground parking area, community activity area, green tree system, garden and internal roads.
The total investment is about 1,600 billion VND, expected to meet the living needs of more than 2,000 residents. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2027.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen affirmed that developing social housing is an important task, contributing to ensuring social security, stabilizing human resources and promoting socio-economic development.
According to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the implementation of Ruby Dream contributes to concretizing the province's social housing development program for the period 2021-2030, supplementing the housing fund, meeting the housing needs of the people.
Provincial leaders requested the investor and contractor to ensure progress, project quality, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental protection.
At the same time, coordinate with relevant units to publicly and fully guide procedures so that people and workers in need can access social housing to the right people and in accordance with regulations.
In 2026, Khanh Hoa was assigned by the Government to complete 3,200 social housing units. Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned investors to implement 3,251 units.
Currently, the whole province has 15 social housing projects under implementation, with a total scale of 21,401 units.
Of which, 8 projects with 11,214 units are under construction; 4 projects with 5,054 units are undergoing procedures to prepare for deployment and 3 housing projects for the armed forces with 5,133 units.
For rental housing, in 2026, Khanh Hoa strives to complete about 100 rental housing and worker dormitories.
