After the groundbreaking, detailed information about the 9-storey social housing project combined with services at 4 land plots CT-01, CT-02, CT-03, CT-04 of the Kim Hoa Urban Housing Project (Kim Hoa Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi) was made public on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction. This is a project invested by Than Ha Construction and Trading Company Limited.

The project is built on a land area of about 34,137.8m2, using non-budgetary investment capital. The construction items include social housing buildings with a service complex of 9 floors above ground, 1 basement and 1 attic, with a construction height of 37.35m and a basement depth of 3.25m.
The four CT-01 to CT-04 apartment projects will provide 720 social housing apartments, with a total above-ground floor area of about 79,885m2. Of which, the total floor area of apartments is 49,423.74m2, including 648 apartments for sale with a total area of 44,464.3m2 and 72 apartments for rent-to-own, equivalent to about 4,959.44m2 (accounting for about 10.03% of the total apartment area).
Accordingly, CT-01 project has 160 apartments for sale, with a total floor area of about 10,982.4m2, each apartment has an area of 62.81m2 to 69.84m2. The CT-02 project also has 240 apartments for sale, with a total floor area of 16,476.54m2, and a similar apartment area. The CT-03 project has 160 apartments, including 40 apartments for rent with a total area of about 2,730.96m2. CT-04 also has 160 apartments, including 32 for rent with a total area of about 2,228.48m2.
The selling price of social housing is provisionally assessed by the investor at VND 21,281,851/m2, including VAT but excluding maintenance costs. For the form of lease, the preliminary price is 262,738 VND/m2 per month, including VAT and not including maintenance costs. This is a temporary price, the official price will be announced after the competent state agency appraises it according to regulations.
The project is expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027. The time to receive registration documents will start when the project is eligible for sale according to regulations, expected in the second quarter of 2025.
People who want to buy or rent social housing under the project need to complete the registration documents according to the instructions in the Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15 dated November 27, 2023, Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government, Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Construction, and Decision No. 25/2019/QD-UBND dated November 5, 2019 of the Hanoi People's Committee.
