    Dong Nai - An Phuoc social housing project, in An Phuoc commune includes 1,499 apartments.

    On March 9, the Provincial People's Committee just decided to approve the appraisal results of the environmental impact assessment report of the An Phuoc social housing project, in An Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province.

    The An Phuoc social housing project has a total area of more than 7.3ha, with a population of more than 4,500 people.

    The project has 1,499 apartments, including 1,149 apartments in 2 social housing apartments and 350 apartments in 1 commercial housing apartment.

    According to information from the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province, in 2026, the province is expected to start construction of 23 social housing projects with a scale of more than 21,800 apartments. Of which, in the first quarter of 2026, 7 projects will be started, with a scale of more than 8,000 apartments; in the second quarter of 2026, 9 projects will be started, with a scale of more than 8,200 apartments. The remaining projects will be scheduled to start construction in the third quarter of 2026.

    In the first 2 months of 2026, Dong Nai province started construction of 4 social housing projects with a scale of more than 4,400 apartments.
