According to Mr. Hiep, on the afternoon of March 6, representatives of functional sectors of Ha Tinh province together with representatives of Son Kim 1 commune authorities had a working session with May Fivestar Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company on the reasons for not paying wages to workers, committing to pay when.

According to workers' reflections, so far they have not received salaries for January and February 2026, and Tet bonuses for Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026. On February 26, May Fivestar Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company organized a dialogue with workers, with the participation of representatives of the local government of Son Kim 1 commune, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, and Ha Tinh Provincial Police.
At the dialogue, representatives of May Fivestar Ha Tinh Joint Stock Company committed to paying the January 2026 salary on March 3, 2026; social insurance for December 2025 and January 2026 will be paid on March 3, 2026; paying 50% of Tet bonus on March 3, 2026 and the remaining 50% of Tet bonus will be paid on March 10, 2026; salaries for the working days of workers in February 2026 (month with many Tet holidays) will also be paid on March 10, 2026.
