Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction is currently collecting appraisal opinions from relevant agencies and units on the dossier proposing investment policy approval, and at the same time assigning the investor of the social housing project in An Chieu neighborhood, Pho Hien ward (Hung Yen province).
According to the proposal, the project has a total land area of about 23,010 m2. In which, the social housing area is expected to build apartment blocks of about 15 floors with a total of 732 apartments, to meet the housing needs of people with average and low incomes.
In addition, the project is also expected to arrange 37 low-rise commercial houses in the form of adjacent houses, about 5 floors high. The entire area will be synchronously invested in technical infrastructure, internal traffic, green landscapes and auxiliary works serving residents' living.
According to preliminary calculations, the population size of the residential area is expected to be about 3,076 people when the project is completed and put into use.
The project implementation proposal aims to contribute to the implementation of the Hung Yen Provincial Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030, and at the same time create an additional source of social housing to serve workers, laborers and those entitled to housing support policies in the province and surrounding areas.
According to information from functional agencies, the project is currently in the stage of collecting appraisal opinions from relevant agencies to summarize and report to the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of investment policy according to regulations. Therefore, this is not yet a project that has been approved for implementation.
