Citizens living in Thach That commune (Hanoi City) reflected that in the past time, Thach That Commune People's Committee has enforced coercive measures against a number of cases of construction order violations and illegal construction in Lai Thuong village.
However, people are concerned whether this coercion has been thoroughly implemented or not. At the same time, in other villages such as Ngu Son, Phu Kim, Phung Xa... there are still cases of construction order violations.
Citizens request Thach That Commune People's Committee to provide clear and specific information on the plan, time and roadmap for thoroughly handling violations in the area; whether the handling is carried out synchronously and fairly for all violations or not and when it will be completed.
People want local authorities to have transparent feedback, ensuring fairness and strictness in construction order management.
Responding to the content of citizens' petitions, the Economic Department - Thach That Commune People's Committee said that it had received opinions and informed the handling results as follows:
On February 11, 2026, Thach That Commune People's Committee issued a Plan to organize the implementation of coercive decisions forcing the implementation of remedial measures for cases of land violations in the commune (phase 2).
According to the plan, the coercion will be implemented in March 2026.
