According to the People's Committee of Loc Thanh commune (Dong Nai city), the project to build the western traffic road of National Highway 13 connecting Chon Thanh - Hoa Lu, the section passing through the commune is about 20 km long, with a minimum site clearance scope of 65 m.
The total land area expected to be recovered for project implementation is 155 hectares, with 304 land plots of 266 affected households. The total cost of compensation and site clearance support is 170 billion VND.
By the beginning of September 2026, Loc Thanh Commune People's Committee has coordinated with the Land Fund Development Center - Loc Ninh Branch to pay compensation, support and site clearance for 205 households, equivalent to 225 land plots. Currently, 64.12 hectares of land have been recovered and handed over to the investor for construction.
Loc Thanh Commune People's Committee is continuing to mobilize and propagate the remaining households to agree to receive compensation and hand over land to implement the project.
It is known that the traffic route west of National Highway 13 connecting Chon Thanh - Hoa Lu has a length of 50km (passing through Chon Thanh town, Hon Quan district and Loc Ninh district, former Binh Phuoc province). The project is invested by the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Management Board, with a total adjusted investment capital of 1,860 billion VND.
