On February 25, the Hanoi People's Council unanimously approved the adjustment and supplementation of the List of land acquisition projects in 2025 in the city.
Accordingly, the list of land acquisition projects in 2025 in 8 districts, towns and cities with a total area of 772.5 hectares will be supplemented.
In particular, Bac Tu Liem district has the Vibex Urban Area Project in Duc Thang, Dong Ngac, Thuy Phuong wards.
In Dong Anh district, there are projects: Construction of new urban area G15; Dong Anh high-end new urban area; Construction of new urban area G6; Concentrated social housing area in Tien Duong commune; Concentrated social housing area in Tien Duong commune (Green Link City).
Long Bien District has a Social Housing Construction Investment Project at lot HH4, planning block A4 of urban subdivision plan N10 in Ngoc Thuy Ward.
Me Linh district has 2 projects: Dai Thinh New Urban Area and Me Linh High-end New Urban Area.
Nam Tu Liem District has the Nam Dai Lo Thang Long Urban Functional Area project.
Soc Son district has 2 projects of Mai Dinh I New Urban Area, in Mai Dinh commune and C1-9 New Urban Area in Mai Dinh commune.
Son Tay town has a new Vien Son Urban Area project.
Thanh Tri District has 2 projects: New Urban Area C3-1 in Dai Ang Commune and New Urban Area in Lien Ninh Commune.
Regarding the budget allocated for compensation and site clearance, based on the project list approved by the City People's Council, for projects using the city's budget capital included in the city's public investment plan, it is balanced in the Resolution on the allocation of the city budget estimate for 2025 of the City People's Council.
Projects under the district budget are arranged by districts, towns and cities; projects outside the budget are arranged by investors according to investment progress, ensuring sufficient funding for site clearance in 2025.
