According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, at the Conference, the representative of the Inspection Team announced the Decision to establish the Politburo's Inspection Team and the Secretariat in 2025 for the Central Public Security Party Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Inspection Team - stated: In recent times, many new breakthrough and strategic directives and resolutions have been issued and need to be widely and synchronously implemented, creating high unity from the Central to the grassroots level.
Therefore, the establishment of the Inspection Team is aimed at grasping the practical situation. In particular, the People's Public Security is a pioneering and exemplary force in implementing Resolution No. 18, continuing to adjust the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security in the direction of not organizing district-level public security.
Thereby creating a scientific and practical basis for the Party and State to gradually research the 3-level model, draw experience for future implementation.
In addition, the inspection also aims to urge and guide the issues that are still facing difficulties; replicate and promote what has been done well and effectively while overcoming the limitations and difficulties with a breakthrough spirit, the highest striving, the highest responsibility, only discussing work without discussing backtracking.
The Head of the Inspection Team hopes that the Central Public Security Party Committee and its affiliated units will continue to give advice by clearly stating the problems and recommendations to the Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat in leading the above contents.
Also at the Conference, General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security - emphasized that the Central Public Security Party Committee identified the inspection work of the Youth Union as an opportunity to review and comprehensively evaluate the achieved results; learn more good experiences, creative ways and propose solutions to speed up and effectively implement the policies of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee has also proactively issued a self-inspection plan in the Central Public Security Party Committee, assigning specific tasks to the implementing units.
The Central Public Security Party Committee expressed its agreement and high unity with the working program of the Inspection Team; ensured coordination in fully implementing the inspection decisions and plans; hoped to receive comments and instructions from the Inspection Team so that the Central Public Security Party Committee could continue to lead and direct the People's Public Security force to strive to successfully complete the goals and requirements in the resolutions, directives and conclusions set forth by the Party.
Minister Luong Tam Quang suggested that the Party committees of units in the Central Public Security Party Committee promote a sense of responsibility, properly perform their functions, tasks and authority according to regulations, carefully prepare content, documents and records to serve the Inspection Team according to the set plan and progress, ensure democracy, objectivity, compliance with the Party's principles and regulations and the inspection process.
