The 17th Hanoi City People's Council has approved a list of 3,133 works and projects for land recovery to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests in the city in the period 2026 - 2030.
According to the approved list, in Tay Ho ward there are a number of school projects such as: Construction of Xuan La 2 Primary School; construction of High School in cell 2 THPT1/MN3; construction of Chìa Khóa Vàng Private Secondary School.
In addition, the city implements the restoration and embellishment of Co Le Temple; renovation and repair of some degraded items at Ho Khau communal house; restoration and embellishment of Mat Dung Pagoda relic.
An infrastructure project in this list is the West Lake Water Supply Project from the West Lake wastewater treatment plant to Sen Lake.
Notably, the city recovered 19,124ha of land to invest in building the Ngoc Trai Theater and thematic cultural and artistic park. Recovered 7.3ha of land to invest in building 8 inland waterway ports.
In the period 2026 - 2030, many traffic projects will be implemented in Tay Ho ward: Building the 275 Au Co alley road; building a planned road from Quang Ba street to Tay Ho road and Ao Sen Cong Doan extended; building the 254 Thuy Khue alley road...
