On October 23, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned departments and branches to review and evaluate the land use situation, especially the land plots east of Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong road. Among them, many areas have expired land use, to ensure the management and exploitation of coastal land funds in accordance with legal regulations.
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, this review is carried out on the basis of urban design ideas and the plan to rearrange works in the area east of Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong road, which have been approved by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee since 2023.
This idea aims to renovate and create open space and coastal parks, ensuring harmony between tourism - service development and people's access to the sea.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, said that he will revoke projects that have expired such as: Lousiane, Sailling Club... to call for investment in new projects.

The Chairman of Khanh Hoa province informed that the locality has re-planned the area east of Tran Phu Street, identifying priority works and projects. Will call for auctions and bidding of projects. Thereby creating architectural highlights and landscapes, new check-in points; creating new vitality for the East of Tran Phu Street.
At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment was assigned to preside over and coordinate the inspection and review of remaining land plots along the Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong axis such as Thuy Duong Restaurant, Yen Sao Restaurant, E-Land Four Seasons entertainment - service area, Phu Dong Park...
Thereby advising the Provincial People's Committee to direct land management and use plans effectively, in accordance with planning and the law.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also directed relevant localities to review, propose or adjust detailed planning (scale 1/500) within the scope of management, to clearly identify the location of auctioned and bidding land and land fund for parks and coastal public spaces.
