A series of trillion-dong infrastructure projects such as Hoang Van Thu bridge, Ben Rung bridge, Nguyen Trai bridge are being completed, creating a complete infrastructure framework.

EximRS, a unit in the "Top 10 National Brands in Real Estate Brokerage", with more than 10 years of experience and a wide distribution network, plays a bridge to bring real value to investors.

Sol Garden - Smart investment symbol

Located right in the "heart" of Hai Phong's new administrative center, Sol Garden stretches over a land area of nearly 10 hectares with 369 units including shophouses, townhouses and villas. The project possesses outstanding infrastructure advantages when located in the center of key traffic projects. Nguyen Trai Bridge with an investment of more than 6,200 billion VND (expected to be completed in 2027), 359C Avenue and Cam Riverside road are being upgraded and completed.
