The Northwest New Urban Area Project of Bac Ninh City (zone 4), with a total estimated capital of more than VND 2,440 billion, was proposed by Viglacera Corporation - JSC.
The project to invest in the construction of a new urban area and a harmonious lake in Lien Bao commune, Tien Du district, with a total estimated capital of more than 1,700 billion VND, the unit proposed the investment project: Thuan Thanh Trading and Construction Trading Company Limited.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of FDI giants in the fields of technology equipment manufacturing, electronics, and semiconductors.
According to the reporter's records, in recent years, Bac Ninh has also become the destination of a series of large investors in the real estate sector.
Recently, this locality has found investors for 7 new urban area projects with a total investment of nearly 105 trillion VND, specifically as follows:
1. The Northwest New Urban Area of Bac Ninh City (zone 1), area of 270 hectares, total investment capital of VND 41,270 billion, the investor is: Joint Venture of Vingroup, Thanh Binh Company, Cach Mang Moi Real Estate Company and Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company.
2. New urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh City (zone 3) - Sub-zone 3.1, area of 48 hectares, total capital of VND 10,120 billion, investor: Joint Venture of Hoa An Infrastructure Development Investment JSC - Xuan Dinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
3. New urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city (zone 3) - Sub-zone 3.2, area of 49 hectares, total capital of VND 17,300 billion, investor: King's Land Investment Joint Stock Company.
4. New urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resort, entertainment in Tu Son city (sub-zone 112.3), area 199 ha, total capital of VND 11,171 billion, investor: Tay Bac Investment Company Limited.
5. New urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resort, entertainment in Tien Du district (sub-zone 112.1), area of 299 hectares, total capital of VND 19,700 billion, investor: Tay Ha Noi Company Limited.
6. New urban area in Dinh Bang ward, Tu Son city, area of 20.5 hectares, total capital of VND 2,900 billion, investor: Anh Duong Ha Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
7. The new urban area in Huong Mac ward, Phu Khe ward, Tu Son city, with an area of 30.4 hectares and a total capital of VND2,500 billion, investor: Joint Venture of Taseco Land, HNG Holdings.
According to the reporter's investigation, the investors of the above 7 projects have built detailed progress for each project; established tasks and detailed planning projects 1/500; established compensation councils for site clearance, surveyed, measured and maped the site clearance area.
On the afternoon of June 5, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province held a conference to urge the progress and deploy a plan to implement investment and construction for the 7 new urban area projects mentioned above.
At the Conference, Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, requested localities and investors to quickly implement projects according to the motto "running while lining up", "only discussing work, not retreating". This is identified as a key task of the province in the second half of 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to speed up the progress of map measurement to submit for appraisal, to be completed before June 10 to provide cadastral maps to the locality.
Investors also have to establish their own businesses, arrange human resources, and divide them into stages to implement projects in the direction of "easy to do first, difficult to do later".
