The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to continue to directly guide agencies, organizations, units, and localities, paying attention to agencies and units with large headquarters and complex facilities; establishing teams to specific guidance units (if necessary).
At the same time, prepare documents, instructions, and plans on finance, assets, state budget, public investment, headquarters, etc. when organizing the two-level government.
Continue to synthesize, advise, arrange and reorganize headquarters, vehicles and working conditions of new commune-level agencies, ensuring completion before June 10, 2025 in accordance with the direction of the Central Government.
Regularly inspect and check the arrangement and handling of assets before, during and after the arrangement of the apparatus and the arrangement of administrative units.
Coordinate with the Department of Construction to provide documents on new plans and orientations to communes/new wards so that communes/wards have a basis for orientation and development of Congress Documents for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to advise on strict handling of collectives and individuals who do not perform or do not fully perform assigned tasks, especially the responsibility of the head, affecting the progress and effectiveness of the arrangement and assignment of headquarters and facilities under their management.
According to the Project on reorganizing commune-level administrative units in Bac Ninh province in 2025, Bac Ninh province plans to reduce from 121 commune-level administrative units to 41, including 20 wards and 21 communes.
According to the Project to reorganize Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces, the two provinces of Bac Ninh - Bac Giang will be merged and renamed Bac Ninh province, the administrative center will be located in the current Bac Giang city. The new Bac Ninh province will have a total of 99 communes and wards; population of 3,619,433 people.
