The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee inspected the situation and worked with communes in Thanh Ha district (old) on the implementation of the extended Provincial Road Construction Investment Project 396 (the section connecting Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390) and the Provincial Road Upgrade Project 390, the construction of a new section avoiding the center of Thanh Ha town (old).
The 396 Provincial Road Construction Investment Project (the section connecting Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390) has a total investment of over VND 846 billion, implemented in the period of 2023 - 2027, in the area of Ha Dong and Lac Phuong communes. By the end of September 2025, over 123 billion VND had been accumulated, reaching 103% of the plan according to progress, reaching 83% of capital allocated in 2025.
For the Provincial Road 390 Upgrade Project and the construction of a new section of the Thanh Ha town central bypass (old), the project has so far disbursed nearly 92 billion VND, reaching over 45% of the assigned plan and meeting the requirements according to the set schedule. The communes have actively implemented many measures to increase the disbursement rate of public investment capital according to the assigned plan.
Regarding the disbursement of public investment capital and implementation of key investment projects in the area, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan requested localities to be determined, focus on removing difficulties, and completing site clearance work according to the schedule committed to the city. From there, hand over the site to the construction unit, ensuring the disbursement progress is achieved and exceeds the set plan. At the same time, put works and projects into use soon to serve the people's lives well.
