Currently, in Phu Lien ward, there are many projects that are being actively implemented by construction units. The project to build a road connecting Nguyen Luong Bang Street with Tran Nhan Tong Street has reached about 80% of the volume of phase 1, the contractor strives to complete it in November 2025. In phase 2, the paperwork has been submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal to report to the City People's Committee for consideration.
The drainage system project from Phan Dang Luu Street through Hoang Quoc Viet Street to Lach Tray River has reached about 90% of the construction volume, and the site clearance of Mr. Nguyen Duy H's household is still stuck.
Regarding the project to renovate and upgrade lane 243 of Hoang Quoc Viet Street, out of a total of 34 households and 2 organizations with land subject to recovery, 24 households and 2 organizations have handed over the site, while 8 households have not agreed on the compensation plan. The authorities are actively mobilizing and propagating to complete site clearance in October; the contractor is expected to start construction in mid-October.
Concluding the meeting, Ms. Bui Thi Tuyet Mai, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council requested the Kien An Project Management Board to urgently urge the contractor to speed up the progress of phase 1 of the Nguyen Luong Bang - Tran Nhan Tong connecting road project, to be completed in the fourth week of October 2025; prepare the work to implement phase 2 immediately after the City People's Committee's decision to adjust. The Ward People's Committee continues to review and strictly manage the land area of the project, prevent violations, and reclaim in accordance with legal regulations.
For the Hanoi 243 Hoang Quoc Viet project, the Compensation and Site Clearance Council will base on the dossier to resolve the petitions of households; if necessary, prepare a plan for compulsory land recovery in accordance with regulations.
For the Phan Dang Luu - Hoang Quoc Viet - Lach Tray River drainage project, the Ward Party Secretary requested the completion of the land acquisition of Mr. Nguyen Duy H's household before October 25. After that, the Kien An Project Management Board urged the contractor to speed up the construction progress and soon put the project into use. Other projects in the area need to speed up the completion of documents and settlement in accordance with current regulations.
