At the Dong Tu 2 residential group Cultural House, the Compensation and Support Council for site clearance of the project to invest in the construction of the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10, Phu Lien ward, organized the payment of compensation and support funds to eligible households according to regulations.
In this payment, 39 households using agricultural land in Dong Tu 2 and Dong Tu 3 residential groups subject to land acquisition have received compensation and support funds, with a total amount of 17.3 billion VND.
Households agree and comply with the policy of land recovery to implement the project. Payment work is implemented seriously, publicly, transparently, to the right subjects, in accordance with policies, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights of households whose land is recovered.
Thus, to date, out of a total of 334 households that have approved compensation and land recovery support plans to implement the investment project to build the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 in the ward, more than 240 households have received compensation funds with a total amount of more than 71.7 billion VND.
