Dong Nai - The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to study a pilot phase of removing construction permits in Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh City.

On June 4, Mr. Ho Van Ha - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee - said that he had assigned the Department of Construction to study and pilot the exemption of construction permits at a number of locations and areas in Dong Nai.

According to the representative of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the Prime Minister has assigned ministries, branches and localities to study cutting administrative procedures in the construction sector, including the issuance of construction permits.

Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to study and pilot locations that can be exempted from construction permits. In particular, Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh City are the places that will be studied to apply the pilot first.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to study a number of areas that have been approved for detailed planning 1/500 such as urban areas to exempt construction permits. At the same time, study areas where resettlement area construction projects have been implemented with approved detailed plans.

These areas will also be studied and considered for exemption from construction permits. People only need to comply with the approved detailed planning 1/500.
