At the seminar, the leader of the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center presented an overall picture of the current status of land funds after the merger, according to each functional area: central urban area, suburban areas, industrial parks, tourism - services, based on adjusting boundaries and urban spatial planning until 2045.
Scientists from Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry bring an overview of the mechanism for management, auction, public land lease, experience in publicizing land data, digitizing planning to create confidence for investors and reduce complaints.
In addition, real estate businesses analyzed the relationship between land prices, clean land funds and local economic booms; pointed out the causes of "virtual land fever" in the Central region, thereby proposing land price management tools suitable for market capacity, limiting short-term speculation, and increasing the stability of the investment environment.
