On September 24, the Department of Finance of Gia Lai province advised the Provincial People's Committee to decide to reclaim 38 surplus houses, land, and headquarters to assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage and exploit according to regulations.
Public assets are mainly located in Pleiku ward, which used to be the administrative - cultural center of the old Gia Lai province before the merger.
The province's guiding viewpoint is to prioritize the use of old public works such as cultural houses, libraries, community centers, etc. to serve people's livelihood, education or start-ups.
