    Localities must complete and submit land inventory results to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before August 20, 2025.

    The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just sent a document to the People's Committees of provinces and cities on synthesizing land inventory data and maps the current land use status in 2024 of all levels after the arrangement of administrative units.

    The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities:

    Complete the dossier on administrative unit boundaries at the provincial level (province, city) after implementing the arrangement of administrative unit boundaries according to the Resolution of the National Assembly on the establishment of provinces, cities and administrative unit boundaries at the commune level (commune, ward, special zone) according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the establishment of communes, wards, special zones under provinces and cities to serve the synthesis of land inventory data and map the current land use status in 2024 of all levels after the arrangement of administrative units. The results of the administrative boundary of the commune and provincial levels after determination shall be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before July 10, 2025.

    Adjust projects and tasks for land inventory, map the current land use status in 2024 to implement the contents of Official Dispatch No. 2168/BNNMT-QLDD of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on land inventory in 2024.

    Direct the synthesis and completion of the results of the 2024 land inventory of the commune and provincial levels after the arrangement of administrative units according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law and Official Letter No. 2168/BNNMT-QLDD dated May 19, 2024 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on the implementation of land inventory in 2024. The time for completing and submitting the results of the land inventory to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is before August 20, 2025.
