According to Lao Dong reporters, in recent days, the number of people coming to the Hoa Xuan Ward Public Administration Service Center to complete land procedures has increased dramatically, causing the reception department to be overloaded with work.
Ms. Le Thi Nhu Hoa (officer at the Hoa Xuan Ward Public Administration Service Center) said that from early morning, the number of people coming to do land records increased dramatically, mainly related to red books.
The current difficulty of the Public Administration Service Center is that the facilities are not complete, there is no automatic digital actor, and the reception and processing of documents is also hindered.
"Every day, we can only receive about 30 land-related records because the processing specialists only have 2-3 people. To avoid people having to wait too long, we have to coordinate, guide and distribute numbers to people in order" - Ms. Hoa said.

Also coming to the Public Administration Service Center early in the morning, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi (born in 1988, residing in Hoa Xuan ward) wanted to correct the red book but had to wait until noon to complete the procedures because the number of people coming here was too large.
According to Mr. Khoi, despite handling a huge amount of land records, the staff and experts here are quite enthusiastic about the instructions. There is no automatic assigner, but in general the process is still going on in order, without chaos.
Similarly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (residing in Hoa Xuan ward) informed that since early morning, the waiting area for land procedures and construction has been very crowded.
Meanwhile, the stalls for civil status, court documents, birth certificates, marital status confirmation, etc. were deserted. To avoid prolonged overload, specialists have to process documents continuously until noon in the first days of peak season.

Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Mai Duc Nguyen - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Hoa Xuan Ward (Da Nang) informed - in recent days, the land sector in the public administration center has often fallen into a state of overload.
Currently, the headquarters here is temporarily used, without automatic so issuers, so it is also difficult to handle administrative procedures and receive citizens. The unit also has the orientation to relocate to the Cultural Center of Hoa Xuan Ward when the renovation is completed.
Currently, the ward's public administrative service center is handling all areas, recommendations and comments from the hotline will have to be coordinated to be transferred to relevant departments to handle opinions within 1 week, so this issue also faces pressure, officials have to race against time to avoid congestion and overload.
